This was the last year of the Twin-Cam engines production and with that in mind this may become a collectors item before you know it! To ensure that you get a quality bike, this bike is a Dyno Certified by the Wilkins Harley-Davidson Service Team. This means that the motorcycle has been run through all RPM’s and gears of the engine, while being checked electronically and mechanically for any operating concerns.
