Wilkins Harley-Davidson SMS Follow-Up Service Terms of Service

Wilkins Enterprises, Inc. DBA Wilkins Harley-Davidson ("we," "us," or "our") operates a mobile messaging program (the "Program") subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the "Mobile Messaging Terms"). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy (collectively with the Mobile Messaging Terms, the "Policies"). By enrolling, signing up, opting in, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Policies.


Your use of our SMS follow-up service is subject to our SMS Privacy Policy. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


1. Program Description

We may send you SMS/MMS messages ("SMS Messages") to provide transactional information ("Transactional Information") or feature-related information ("Feature Information"). Mobile messages may be sent using automated technology, including an autodialer or automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency will vary.

By participating in the Program, you agree that we, our affiliates, and authorized third-party service providers may send you messages regarding your inquiries, transactions, and related topics. Messages may come from different telephone numbers or shortcodes.

We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program; however, standard message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider may apply.

Definitions:

  • SMS Messages: Text messages that may include text, video, or other media formats.
  • Transactional Information: Includes appointment reminders, order updates, and other transaction-related notifications.
  • Feature Information: Includes details about the Program, such as new features, promotions, and special offers.


2. User Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number to us, you voluntarily opt-in to the Program and agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the provided phone number, even if it is registered on any state or federal "Do Not Call" list.

You confirm that:

  • The mobile number you provide is valid and belongs to you or that you have authorization to use it.
  • If you change or no longer own the provided number, you will notify us at 802-476-6104.
  • Participation in the Program is voluntary and not required for purchases.

Message & Data Rates:

  • Standard text message and data rates may apply.
  • You are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile provider.
  • Contact your mobile provider for questions regarding your plan and charges.


3. User Opt-Out and Support

Opt-Out Instructions:

You can stop receiving messages at any time by texting "STOP" in response to any message. After texting "STOP," you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive further SMS messages from us. Please allow processing time for your request.

To rejoin, text "START" or sign up again through our standard opt-in process.

  • For assistance, reply with "HELP."
  • Contact us directly via our Contact Us page.

We are not responsible for honoring opt-out requests that do not comply with these instructions. If we change the phone number or shortcode for the Program, we will notify you of the update. Messages sent to an outdated number may not be received, and we are not responsible for failing to process requests sent to an incorrect number.

Carrier Disclaimer:

Mobile carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon) are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.


4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

The Program is provided "as-is" and may not be available in all locations, at all times, or on all mobile providers. We and our service providers are not liable for:

  • Failed, delayed, or misdirected message delivery.
  • Any service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond our control.


5. Modifications

We may modify or discontinue the Program, its features, or these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time, with or without notice. Any modifications will take effect upon posting to our website. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates. Please review these terms periodically.
