What You Do Care, Right?

Well, you care because you don't get those awards WITHOUT consistently taking care of your customers AFTER the sale. Wilkins H-D® is in it for the long haul. 75 Years in the Harley® World. There are three (3) generations on-site every day. Barbara Wilkins, Ann Lyon and John Lyon.

John Lyon manages the dealership's day-to-day operations. All the customer's that buy Harley-Davidson®'s get John's personal cell phone he carries with him everywhere he goes. Two years ago, John Lyon, was overseas in Ireland for a Harley-Davidson® event. His phone rang. Our customer IJ Paquin, from Cabot, Vermont, had a security system issue. John didn't tell IJ that he was overseas, but he did get him taken care of. IJ showed up the next day to thank John for his help and the staff told IJ that John was out of town. IJ said, "I just talked to him yesterday." Well, John answers his phone when someone calls (assuming he isn't riding his 2021 Pan America or 2020 LiveWire). The point we are trying to make is that we stand behind our customers. We do what we say. You'll find no surprises and no gimmicks at Wilkins H-D®. None. Well, maybe a surprise prank once in a while, but that's it. We don't charge documentation fees. We don't charge handling fees. We don't charge admin fees. We don't like them any more than you do. Yea, dealerships make money by charging extra fees on stuff after you agree to buy. We don't.

We are loyal to our customers and our customers are loyal to us. Our customers come from all the way up north in Milton, Vermont to all the way down South in Claremont, New Hampshire, Lebanon area. We also have a great deal of customers from Littleton, New Hampshire area.

Loyalty cannot be purchased, but instead comes with time and trust. We don't expect you'll trust us after reading all of this. We expect to earn it like any 75-year old business would. By showing you.

Who Was Harry J. Wilkins?

Harry J. Wilkins was born in Littleton, New Hampshire and moved to Vermont a little boy. Harry J. Wilkins joined the Army and served in World War II. When he returned to the States, he met Barbara (Corey) and they went to work at Barbara Corey's family business--Prosperity Dry Cleaning. They started the business, now known as Wilkins H-D®.
