From the moment I walked into Wilkins Harley-Davidson, I felt genuinely welcomed. Whether it was my first visit or my third, the team treated me with the same level of attention and care every time. From the moment my husband, Kyle and I were greeted by Cory on the sidewalk before even walking inside, until we signed paperwork with Mandy we were treated like family! Kory showed us multiple bikes and answered all of our questions. No pushy salesperson, no commission. Wilkins H-D is simply the best!
As a motorcycle enthusiast who has not ridden in a number of years and is returning to the saddle, I cannot say enough good things about my experience(s) at Wilkins Harley-Davidson. The W-H-D staff make you feel right at ease, are excellent listeners, and share their expertise to guide you to the best suited bike and gear. Kory is a true gem, a wealth of knowledge about all things motorcycling and beyond; innately patient and professional. Shelby is fantastic too and guided me in the direction of a women's riding group. Looking so forward to the next trip into W-H-D and grateful to have them as a local resource.

Everyone Smiling and Enjoying their Job!
I have to say that we have purchased many bikes at a variety of dealers, including dealerships that were not HD, and this was the most relaxed, friendly, and non pressured atmosphere. This was our first purchase at Wilkins and we were treated like we had been long term customers and after this purchase I would have to say will be!!! Every staff member was smiling and enjoying their job, which made for a great buying experience.

Beyond Friendly
My husband and I stopped by the Wilkins Harley Davidson shop on our way to Essex for a mini vacation. We were just stopping in to take a look and get a poker chip. What took place after stepping through the doors blew us away! Immediately greeted by several staff members. We met Kory, who was extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and genuinely happy to be there. He took us on a tour of the store/shop. We met more staff members who were knowledgeable, beyond friendly and happy to show us around. Couldn't have had a better experience and will take the trip from MA to VT to purchase.
