My husband and I are big travelers and wherever we go we always make a point to stop at a Harley dealer in the respective area. Wilkins Harley Dealer was by far the BEST Harley dealer we’ve ever had the opportunity to visit!! We were greeted with smiles and great personalities all around! Nate gave us a tour of the entire dealership and even the techs were super friendly!! My husband and I were amazed how they treated us like long lost friends who were super excited to see us and catch up! As we were leaving, we stopped and chatted some more in which I was gifted a red rose and Wilkins Harley merch! Our home town Harley dealers could never compare to Wilkins! All My Needs Were Met

I walked into Wilkins for the first time juat trying to get an idea of what style bike I wanted to get for my first, Nate not only made sure all my needs were met but also explained everything to me thoroughly to best guide me and make sure I was more than comfortable. He not only made my first harley purchase a positive one, he helped me get a bike that had more sentimentalvalue than just at first glance than I ever expected. Obviously nervous and anxious buying my first bike the staff made me feel comfortable, at home, and helped me through every step of the process exceeding all expectations. They're grace, compassion, support, understanding, knowledge, bright and cheerful moods awestruck me as you usually go into a dealership hesitant to 'just another sales pitch' and anyone who knows Wilkins knows that is not the case here. The owner "John" of Wilkins Harley Davidson was my hero today. A very BIG THANK YOU for helping me when my bike broke down. The person that I initially spoke to on the phone was friendly in the service department. He had a solution in regards to my predicament within 15 minutes. John texted me...told me he was enroute. He went above and beyond to help me. Since I became a part of Wilkins HD when Twin States closed...they had offered to take over my service plan...I have been very happy with the service that I have received here. Wilkins Harley-Davidson is hands-down the best dealership I’ve visited in 20+ years of riding. Most places treat you like royalty only when you’re buying new—Wilkins makes you feel like family whether it’s for parts, service, or just stopping by. We bought my wife’s first Harley (a 2014 Softail Slim) through a rider-to-rider sale, and Mandy in Finance made the process smooth, stress-free, and even fun. They sent us home not just with a beautiful bike, but with Harley catalogs and Wilkins T-shirts. No other dealer has ever done that in my five prior purchases. When my 2017 Ultra Limited had a Boom Box upgrade issue days before a 10-day Appalachian trip, Wilkins’ service team told me, “Bring it tomorrow—we’ll get you sorted.” In 30 minutes, my bike was upgraded and ready to roll, at a price lower than what another dealer charged me to program a key fob. On top of that, we recently made the 2.5-hour ride to Barre just to “dream shop” a 2023 Road Glide Limited. The bike was more beautiful than the photos and priced $10K less than comparable models elsewhere. Wilkins made that dream come true, too. From sales to service, this team sets the gold standard. Wilkins Harley Davidson goes above and beyond any other dealership I have been to. You are immediately greeted by multiple employees and asked if you need anything or need some advice even if it’s not for a Harley. And they have everything new and used for motorcycles or accessories so you have so many options. I also took the motorcycle course there with John lion being one of my instructors. He was everything I needed as an instructor to get me through to my license. Shortly after getting my license John Sargent in sales went to work on finding me a can am Ryker.

My wife was traveling from Wisconsin and our Navigation stopped working. We asked if they had any suggestions. They rolled my bike into the showroom and took over. Excellent Service and Very Pleasant

Living in CT, I posted about having a TriGlide for sale and they responded. They made me a very substantial offer which was really what I was asking for down here and across social media and I accepted. Here’s thing BIG thing….they CAME to CT to pick it up and didn’t charge for it. The offer they made is what the check was for. If it wasn’t for me moving to SC, I would easily decide to do my business for purchasing and/or selling Harley’s through them. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive. Knowledgeable and engaging staff with down to earth personalities. No pressure to sell, BUT very eager to answer questions. Prices are clearly marked on 95% of bikes. Smaller floor layout indoors but offers decent variety of bikes, clothing, Harley-Davidson parts, accessories, and parts. Very decent parking and ground level entry is easily accessible. Great weekly / BI weekly events to get involved with. 4-Hour Journey to Sevice with Wilkins

First Trike, First Class Experience

My trip here started with a simple inquiry about a used Trike they had on their website. From the time I hit send on my computer to inquire, within 2 minutes I received a call about my inquiry. We scheduled an appointment to meet the dealership to look at my interest. I had previously received a video regarding the history of the dealership and its family ownership. Watching that video and realizing their dealership has been in business 45 years told me they are doing something right. The day my wife and I walked in the door the red carpet was rolled out and we were welcomed with open arms. Truly felt like a King and Queen. We were shown all aspects and departments that make up the business. We signed the dotted lines and purchased the Trike. I went back 4 days later to pick up the Trike and, once again, it was like i knew every one of the employees for years. The lights went down, the music played, announcements were made welcoming me as a new Trike owner. They even had a display set up with a bottle of my wife's wine and a pack of my favorite IPA beer. I can't say enough good things about the Wilkins family and dealership but, they truly do care about the customer. Best Riding Class!

Over this past weekend, I had the pleasure of doing Wilkin Haley Davidsons riders course! It was an amazing experience where I got to re learn and work on my skills on a motorcycle. I had a motorcycle when I was 19 for transportation purposes only. It had been something I always wanted to do and learn but I was afraid to. I road my first bike for just about a year before getting a new car. Ever sense I had stopped it felt like something had been missing in my life. I wanted to dive back in and this was the perfect way to do it. I find that many people have a misunderstanding about motorcycle. It isn’t just about riding the bike and being safe. It is about having an amazing community and family along your journey. It is obviously really fun as well! Our instructor Ed Pierce and John Lyon (owner of Wilkins) are two of the most inspiring people I’ve met. As soon as you walk into the class they make you feel so welcome. It was like my nerves went out the door. They were beyond patient with every single one of us and never stopped showing they cared about our improvement. There passion for motorcycles, the class and their students showed throughout the weekend. John, Ed still had the better demonstration - sorry not sorry 😂😊 Not only did we get to meet amazing instructors but we got to meet all of the Wilkins Harley Davison family. They were all so excited to meet us and shared our same passion. I have never walked into a business and thought, “wow they all really love there job”. Normally I have found there is always an outsider. Not with this team. They were all energetic, happy and were cracking jokes with us all. They are a really special group. To my classmates: Anna, Joesph, Caitlin and Peter Thank you all for making this class so enjoyable. I went into this being very nervous about other classmates and the instructors. You just never know what you are going to walk into. After meeting you guys, it helped ease my mind a lot. From the first day, same as with the instructors, you were all so supportive and understanding. Everyone in this class has a passion and love for motorcycles. We all went in being beginners and we all came out being better then what we started. It was a pleasure having all of you in this class. While going through their course, you have the ability to take the Vermont DMV motorcycle endorsement test. Which I think is a really cool perk. I passed! Whether I passed or not, I would not have regretted going through this amazing opportunity and meeting all the amazing people I did. No matter what you leave with a Vermont DMV motorcycle permit. Thank you to Mark, there riding course manager making others things for helping me get into this course and letting me reschedule when I was sick for the first one. If anyone is wanting to learn how to ride a motorcycle or even has been riding and wants to becoming better. I highly recommend this course. You will not regret it.

I've dealt with a few different HD shops in my motorcycling past so I have quite a bit of experience here. Wilkins HD is the first dealership where I trust their techs 100%. Whenever I bring in my bike, I always have confidence that it is done right. This is important for a few reason, but the main one is when I go to go out riding, the last thing I want to do is worry about something coming lose from the last repair. Absolute Best Experience

My wife and I stopped in while on a road trip. We were greeted by Mike with two bottles of cold water at the door. He gave us a quick history of the dealership and treated us like royalty even though he knew we were from Maine and weren’t going to walk out with much more than a couple of t-shirts. The next day we had to pop back in after spending the night in Burlington and getting a check engine light. Riding Academy Review

I took part in the Riding Academy at your dealership last week. I just wanted to reach out and share with you my thoughts on the experience. It was awesome. Couldn’t be happier. The bikes were great, the class room and showroom were great. The staff at the dealership were great. The class size was perfect. I may not consider myself a “Harley Guy” but boy can I see why people love it so much. And Pam Martin, man. Whatever you’re paying her, it’s not enough. She was so funny, and supportive. Really helped take the nerves away and made you feel so comfortable. I only got to know her for about 16 hours but if she called me tomorrow and needed help burying a body, I would be all in, no questions asked. Do you remember a time where it was important to be a man of your word? Well I live by this phrase and I can tell you Wilkins Harley does too.. two months ago, I was blessed with the ability from 20+ years of blue-collar work to purchase my dream Harley. We all work for a long time to be able to afford the opportunity to buy a Harley… Wilkins Harley-Davidson Understands that It’s more than just “Buying A motorcycle”.. More Surprised than I have Ever Been

Wow. Wilkins. Today, I was more surprised than I have ever been in my 46 years. My wife. Surprised me today, with a 2017 Road Glide from Wilkins…. This is a review for Wilkins, not my wife…so…. 1. I get a full tour of their newer facility addition….wonderfully informational ( I have no idea I have a bike waiting for me there) 2. I walk back out to the show room, after the tour, the lights dim, I look around, every employee is sitting on a bike, good music turns on, a disco ball, and they say my name over a pa, I still am not aware of what’s happening,,,, 3. The pa instructs me to “open my present” and I turn, to see a 10” pop up tent, surrounded with wrapping paper….i tore into it to see my new bike 4. Wilkins setup a special table for me, I quit booze 20 years ago, have a sweet tooth, and they had n/a drinks, gummy bears and a Wilkins dog collar for our dog Over the top, amazing, sentimental, and Wilkins proved to me, that customer service is still well and alive at their dealership….thanks guys/gals…made a very special day for me.. You’ve made this guys week/month and year, with many many more trips to Wilkins in my future..

Commitment to Customer Service

The staff at Wilkins Harley-Davidson did everything well. Their commitment to customer service is always incredible. Whether I'm there to buy a gift or a sweatshirt or a new Harley, everyone is friendly and helpful and attentive. I was recently in the market for a different bike, and they showed me lots of options for used bikes, let me get a feel for each one, and explained the differences between the bikes I was considering. The guys listened to what I was looking for in my next bike and then went above and beyond to find me the perfect one, a 2024 Hydra Glide. They also gave me a fair trade-in price for my Road King. Appreciating Wilkins Employees

So you guys do a ton of customer appreciation events. I'd like to do an employee appreciation event/thing from a customer that's been on the receiving end of the things your employees provide. I'm a student of leadership/climate/environment and it's correlations to Organizational performance and success. Wilkins has it all in spades. And I feel that the feedback loop to the lowest levels of an organization that lets them know their efforts are observed, recognized, and appreciated in important. Smoking meat and feeding good people is a passion and hobby of mine. Although my "hobby" has led me to have a trailer mounted wood fired smoker. I'd like to come by one day and make your crew my signature pulled pork sliders for lunch. Pork, kings Hawaiian rolls, pickled red onions, and a dash of Carolina sauce. Throw in chips and some creamed corn as a side.

Exceeded Expectations

My experience with Wilkins Harley Davidson has always far exceeded expectations. From the moment you walk in the store, they have an excellent staff that is there to greet and help direct you to where you need to go and it's always done with a very warm real smile. They are genuinely good people! Then in talking with the service advisor/parts specialist, you get that immediate feeling you are in good hands. That in itself is worth more than words can explain. At this visit, I had the tech come out and explain to me what was going on with my bike. It was a top rate experience! Easy, Simple and Enjoyable

Bought my first newer Harley bike in spring of 2020 (2019 Fat Bob) during Covid shutdowns through Mike at Wilkins. Super cool down to earth guy. You can tell he really loves bikes and the Harley culture, seems almost excited about you getting a new bike as you are! Sent in a request yesterday (2024) on their online portal and shortly after mike was getting ahold of me answering all questions I had, sending me videos of bikes I was interested in and getting quotes on them. It was indeed a pleasure to meet you on Tuesday, March 19th, during my visit to purchase that beautiful 2014 Super Glide Custom. I had visited Wilkins Harley once before, when my wife and I were driving back from a great weekend in Burlington, May of 2021. You guys had a nice Wide Glide on the floor (Orange and Black flames). Thought I Knew Good Before Wilkins

not gonna lie I have purchased 5 brand new Harleys from my local dealer (11miles from me) in NH over the past 10 years and I thought they were a good dealer to work with that was until I made and 2.5 hour trip to Wilkins Harley. from first contact with John via phone and then onto texts from John and Mike they treated me like I had been buying bikes from them since the 50's. super transparent pricing very upfront and welcoming when I arrived to look at the different colors of the new 24 RG. they gave me a tour of the dealership and it was right in the middle of a chili cook off they were super busy and still made me fell like I was the only person at the dealership. I would recommend Wilkins Harley to everyone I know from now on. even after the sale both John and Mike answered all of my questions right away and never left me high and dry. Family and Respect... two things I always feel at Wilkins. From the beginning of my riding career in the riding academy in August of 2021 to my recent Stage IV upgrade, the team at Wilkins has done a great job of keeping me on the road doing something I have absolutely fell in love with 2 years ago. Stayed Late to Help Me

Mike and the entire team at Wilkins made the purchasing of my 2022 Pan American Special a breeze. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome. I have bought more vehicles and toys than I can count over the years, from tons of dealerships, and I can honestly say I have NEVER seen any auto, boat, bike, or other dealership that even comes remotely close to Wilkins and their staff. People are what make an organization, and Wilkins employs the absolute finest. It is evident they all love what they do. From my first phone call to ask about a test ride, to when I walked in the dealership, I was enthusiastically greeted and introduced all around. I instantly felt like I belonged there. Luke was excellent to work with, and the entire sales process was zero pressure. The nice touch was that the GM insists on personally giving you the overview of your new ride, explains all features, and gives you his personal cell number if you have questions. Could I have saved a few bucks buying from somewhere else that sacrifices service for bare bones cost? Probably. Will I sleep like an baby knowing I bought a quality product from a gem of a dealership that treats their customers like close family and will be there for me any time I have a question? Absolutely. There is a reason they are the top rated dealership in New England, and it’s because of the people that work there, that care about the people that shop there. I’ve never taken the time to write a review for a dealership in 20 years, but this dealer deserves my time because they have gone above and beyond for me before, during, and after purchase.

Total Respect

A friend and I attended a 75th anniversary event on 11/12/22 at Wilkins HD. I had intended to buy a new bike in the spring, however after arriving at the event and watching Wilkins employees interact with the approximate 500 people in attendance (they greeted numerous people by first name) like they were friends. I changed my mind and decided to buy that day. I spoke with Mike a salesman and he amazed me I told him my reasons for wanting a new ride, he showed me three bikes and did not try to push me any which way nor did he try to talk me into something I didn't want. I picked an Ultra limited with the Apex black paint. Mike then introduced me to Jenna who was to do the paperwork. After about 45 minutes the paperwork was done. Jenna then introduced me to another employees (sorry I forgot his name) who walked me thru the different departments and what they could do for me. i was then walked thru the operation and its options right at the bike demonstrating what he was explaining. I also spoke with the owner John and found him to be a caring and attentive person. While standing next to the bike a customer who I did not know came up to me and gave me a bell to attach to the bike to keep the legend of the bell going. This was amazing to me as it reflects on the environment and attitude that the owner and employees have created. Wilkins HD is one unique dealership and have my total respect. Harley Hospitality

I made my bike purchase last summer and was impressed with the staff in all departments of Wilkins. A friendly and comfortable feeling, not just being treated like a customer, but like I had been coming there for years, even though it was my first time there, ever! The hospitality reminded me of what all American business places USED to be like, but not any longer, except for this place! The American tradition still continues here! I have since had services conducted here, as well as, ordering parts and having them installed here. I will not go to another H-D dealer for any purchases or service, there is not any need to, nobody can beat this place. Even when I move away from Vermont to Massachusetts, I will come back to Wilkins.

Performance Work without all the talk

I just want to say how great the Wilkins service team is. I have a place that claims to be a dyno tuner very close to me that does performance work on Harleys. They will spend all day talking to you about the build. until they have to dial the bike in on the dyno. I spent a lot of money with them. I brought the bike to Wilkens because the local performance shop could not get it to run right. 2 hours later, the bike was running substantially better and higher horsepower. I wont ever consider using anyone else but Wilkens Harley. Oh yeah, when wilkens cleaned my bike, they buffed all the scratches out that the other place made in doing the work. You want honest performance work done. See the team down in Barre.

Exceeded my Expectations

I'd been searching for my new Harley for quite a while. I'd heard nothing but great things about Wilkins, so I checked their inventory. They had the exact bike I was looking for. Above and Beyond

From my experience with the Rider Academy to purchasing a bike, I cannot say enough good things about the folks at Wilkins Harley. These folks go above and beyond to make you feel welcome whether you're buying a motorcycle or not.Being brand new to the motorcycling world, I was fairly apprehensive going into the Rider Academy. This quickly evaporated as Eric made something that is mentally and physically exhausting so much fun. He was serious when he needed to be, incredibly encouraging and very patient. He pushed me to challenge myself and get out of my comfort zone and helped me gain confidence.
