Friendly, Extremely Capable, Customer Oriented

It was indeed a pleasure to meet you on Tuesday, March 19th, during my visit to purchase that beautiful 2014 Super Glide Custom. I had visited Wilkins Harley once before, when my wife and I were driving back from a great weekend in Burlington, May of 2021. You guys had a nice Wide Glide on the floor (Orange and Black flames). You and I conversed and we found out that someone placed a deposit on it just that morning. Oh well. I am happy I was able to finally do some business with you guys this month of March in purchasing the Super Glide Custom this Tuesday past. I also want to commend you on running an outstanding dealership. Your staff is well-trained, friendly, extremely capable, and very customer-oriented. As a past Fit Specialist for another Harley in New Hampshire, that’s how I have always felt a Harley dealership should be piloted. Unfortunately, I find that an HD dealership as exceptional as yours is becoming more and more a rarity. Your staff truly made my Tuesday afternoon there at Wilkins a very exciting, happy and comfortable event for me. I was well worth the 3 hour drive each way! Everyone I interacted with was great! (John Sargent, Jenna Foster, Mandy Anderson, Mark Frano, Sierra Bisson, Becci Bresett and Shelby Allen). Even the folks that I briefly said hello to on the tour were friendly and welcoming…the techs out back too! That being said, I would like to offer special recognition and thanks to Eric Gerrard, who coordinated and communicated with me the most. Great and extremely capable guy! Also, a huge shout out and thanks to Canaan Middleton and Garry Sulham, for going over the bike with me and scheduling some things to be done to the bike before it sees delivery on April 9th. And I very much enjoyed the dealership history presentation given to me by Becci and Shelby. Very interesting. I am a big Harley history buff! Please keep up the great work and attitude at Wilkins Harley-Davidson. I realize that is not an easy task, and requires constant extra effort. I will heartily recommend your dealership to anyone with a Harley interest (and all those that need converting), especially family and friends. My wife and I will probably take a trip up to Burlington this summer, and we will be sure to stop in and say hello when we do. Never had an Experience like I did at Wilkins

I highly recommend Wilkins Harley-Davidson if your looking for an amazing experience buying a motorcycle. The staff makes you feel right at home, and very knowledgeable about picking the best bike after listening to how you want to ride.

Where to begin?!

Where to begin?! An email a day or two before asking if there was a specific drink or snack I would like…. Listening to how I intended to ride, sitting on models to ensure correct fit… the low pressure low key atmosphere, the apples to apples comparison of new versus used. All of it was done very very well!

Thought I Knew Good Before Wilkins

not gonna lie I have purchased 5 brand new Harleys from my local dealer (11miles from me) in NH over the past 10 years and I thought they were a good dealer to work with that was until I made and 2.5 hour trip to Wilkins Harley. from first contact with John via phone and then onto texts from John and Mike they treated me like I had been buying bikes from them since the 50's. super transparent pricing very upfront and welcoming when I arrived to look at the different colors of the new 24 RG. they gave me a tour of the dealership and it was right in the middle of a chili cook off they were super busy and still made me fell like I was the only person at the dealership. I would recommend Wilkins Harley to everyone I know from now on. even after the sale both John and Mike answered all of my questions right away and never left me high and dry. I can not say enough about how great of a team they have there and there enjoyment for helping riders onto a new ride thanks again Wilkins team

Family and Respect

Family and Respect... two things I always feel at Wilkins. From the beginning of my riding career in the riding academy in August of 2021 to my recent Stage IV upgrade, the team at Wilkins has done a great job of keeping me on the road doing something I have absolutely fell in love with 2 years ago. Sales and Service are important, however, every single person there, gets it and works to provide the very best.
From Sierra and Devin in apparel to Andrew outback to the topnotch mechanics like Marissa, Roscoe and Dan. The Sales team is great and are not about the sale, but more importantly, marrying the right ride to the individual. The service team is fantastic, can't say enough about Chris, Tom and all the others helping me achieve the right ride for me. John, thank you. It all starts with the leadership. Good, bad or indifferent, it starts with the expectations and example set by your family to your Wilkins family employees.

Stayed Late to Help Me

Mike and the entire team at Wilkins made the purchasing of my 2022 Pan American Special a breeze. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome. Unlike some other dealerships I have visited, at closing time you are asked to leave, however, this was not the case at Wilkins. Mike stayed 40 minutes past closing time to explain the features of the Pan American Special. I would highly recommend Wilkins to anyone who is looking for a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. The Little things matter to them!

Wilkins does everything well to be honest. They make purchasing a motorcycle, an experience. One of camaraderie and friendship. Even though they sell a lot of motorcycles, they make each customer feel special. Whether it is finding out what each customer would like for a snack or beverage, or helping you find a specific accessories. The experience is never rushed and they take as much time as you need to make sure the process feels special and unique. They deserve all the accolades because they are doing everything better than anyone else I have ever worked with. It is no wonder they have been in business as long as they have.
