I've dealt with a few different HD shops in my motorcycling past so I have quite a bit of experience here. Wilkins HD is the first dealership where I trust their techs 100%. Whenever I bring in my bike, I always have confidence that it is done right. This is important for a few reason, but the main one is when I go to go out riding, the last thing I want to do is worry about something coming lose from the last repair. I don't have to do that anymore. The Shop staff at Wilkins HD, are all top notch and they take extreme pride in their work. You can't get better than that in my book. It's always a pleasure to work with them.

Talked me Through All My Questions
I sent an email to ask a couple of questions regarding tuning and I got an email response from John suggesting we talk. It was a Friday, well after their closing time, and he spent quite a while talking me through all my questions. Simply outstanding customer service!

Doing Right
Wilkins Harley Davidson in Vermont. This was a very busy place. When i got here Sierra asked me if i would like something to drink. It was a hot day and i asked for a water. I met with the owner John who was a great guy. Him told me that his father started this business and the first year he sold the motorcycles. Now there average is the a day. They must be doing something right. This place is very friendly. I would say this is one of the friendliest dealerships I've been to. I told Sierra she could pass for a twin of my niece and showed her a Pic. This was a great experience and will Def visit if I'm in the area.

2016 street glide
I couldn't have been happier with the experience alone at Wilkins Harley Davidson and the love and respect i received from Becci and the entire Wilkins family. I just bought a 2016 street glide and from the moment myself and my family walked threw the door we were greeted with love and respect. I had my 2 year old and 7 year old with me and they treated them like there own. They made the process of buying the bike so enjoyable and not one thing was pushed on me. They were there for the rider more than the dollar signs and that made me even more comfortable on the purchase. I will give them a 10 out of 10. Please if in the area and love to ride you need to take the time and stop in the Wilkins. Again Becci and the team thank you so much for everything you did!!!

Arrived Ready to Help
Several weeks ago I had an incident with my Harley due to surgery I was unable to take care of the problem. I called Wilkins and told them what happened within 10 minutes 2 guys arrived at my home to help, Now that's a business that truly cares about their customers!!
