Rode out here and was not disappointed! Cool bikes all the new merch and really cool ppl working here .. Definitely riding out here again it's 2 hrs for me through the VT mountains
The salesmen are patient and knowledgeable, everyone is super polite and genuinely want to help you in any way shape or form. Recently dropped off a motorcycle to have work on it, and the man running the service counter threw on a jacket in freezing weather and came right out to help me along with several other people. Can’t say enough good things about this place, you guys rock🤙🏻
I have visited many dealerships across the U.S. and I can say without question that Wilkin's is one of the best. My most recent experience is with a 5,000 mile service on my '23 Pan America S where I had the opportunity to talk with the technician about the bike design, function and service. Master Technician Marisa is absolutely a highly knowledgeable, professional that demonstrates great respect for her work, the customer, the dealership, her colleagues and H-D. I also had the opportunity to work again with Peter in Service. Peter also demonstrates the exceptional professionalism that I see throughout the dealership.
Mike, Kory, and Becky were essential in my first Official Motorcycle purchase, they were there from beginning to end of my purchase and have been there since, it’s like a little family when you go to Wilkins. My family and I have been to as many events as we could make this year (our first year owning a HARLEY) and we plan to continue our journey with Wilkins! The Ride for Hero’s went well for all of us and we can’t wait until next season, going to try to beat our 7,425 miles!!!

We bought my wife’s first Harley (a 2014 Softail Slim) through a rider-to-rider sale, and Mandy in Finance made the process smooth, stress-free, and even fun. They sent us home not just with a beautiful bike, but with Harley catalogs and Wilkins T-shirts. No other dealer has ever done that in my five prior purchases.
When my 2017 Ultra Limited had a Boom Box upgrade issue days before a 10-day Appalachian trip, Wilkins’ service team told me, “Bring it tomorrow—we’ll get you sorted.” In 30 minutes, my bike was upgraded and ready to roll, at a price lower than what another dealer charged me to program a key fob.
On top of that, we recently made the 2.5-hour ride to Barre just to “dream shop” a 2023 Road Glide Limited. The bike was more beautiful than the photos and priced $10K less than comparable models elsewhere. Wilkins made that dream come true, too.

Between buying bikes and building them ive done plenty of work with Wilkins Harley, and every single time they are the best to work with! The vibe and over all moral from the beginning to end no matter what you are there for is incredible! Shout out to Chris especially after weeks of doing research and phone calls back and forth he helped with every question i needed on my road glide and never stopped till he gave the answers i was looking for! After leaving today with my road glide i couldn’t be happier with it and will continue to travel to Wilkins Harley for anything i need for any of my bikes and know that soon as i walk in the door ill be welcomed with a smile and great people!

The owner "John" of Wilkins Harley Davidson was my hero today. A very BIG THANK YOU for helping me when my bike broke down. The person that I initially spoke to on the phone was friendly in the service department. He had a solution in regards to my predicament within 15 minutes. John texted me...told me he was enroute. He went above and beyond to help me. Since I became a part of Wilkins HD when Twin States closed...they had offered to take over my service plan...I have been very happy with the service that I have received here. It is the friendliest and most efficient dealership that I have ever had the pleasure to take my bike to. I appreciate the care and the service that you provide to me.
