The Little things matter to them!

Wilkins does everything well to be honest. They make purchasing a motorcycle, an experience. One of camaraderie and friendship. Even though they sell a lot of motorcycles, they make each customer feel special. Whether it is finding out what each customer would like for a snack or beverage, or helping you find a specific accessories. The experience is never rushed and they take as much time as you need to make sure the process feels special and unique. They deserve all the accolades because they are doing everything better than anyone else I have ever worked with. It is no wonder they have been in business as long as they have. The little things matter to them.

Wilkins Staff SEES you!

Every person at Wilkins sees you, hears you and does something with the information provided. What you say does not fall on deaf ears. Working in luxury hospitality, it is usually I that gets to surprise and delight guests using the golden nuggets of information that they share with me. Wilkins definitely delivered on the surprise and delight aspect, I was completely surprised and blown away at being on the receiving end of five star service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ bravo!

Now I understand!

I have bought more vehicles and toys than I can count over the years, from tons of dealerships, and I can honestly say I have NEVER seen any auto, boat, bike, or other dealership that even comes remotely close to Wilkins and their staff. People are what make an organization, and Wilkins employs the absolute finest. It is evident they all love what they do.
From my first phone call to ask about a test ride, to when I walked in the dealership, I was enthusiastically greeted and introduced all around. I instantly felt like I belonged there. Luke was excellent to work with, and the entire sales process was zero pressure.
The nice touch was that the GM insists on personally giving you the overview of your new ride, explains all features, and gives you his personal cell number if you have questions.
Could I have saved a few bucks buying from somewhere else that sacrifices service for bare bones cost? Probably. Will I sleep like an baby knowing I bought a quality product from a gem of a dealership that treats their customers like close family and will be there for me any time I have a question? Absolutely.
There is a reason they are the top rated dealership in New England, and it’s because of the people that work there, that care about the people that shop there.
I’ve never taken the time to write a review for a dealership in 20 years, but this dealer deserves my time because they have gone above and beyond for me before, during, and after purchase.

Drove 300 miles to do business with Wilkins!

Want to know about Wilkins H-D?? I drove 300 miles to get not only the motorcycle I have always wanted but I got it at a fair price. From the website to parking lot everything was simple and easy. Clear detailed photos, professional staff, no pushy sales or gimmicks. Full transparency. Up front pricing, all the different packages and financing were explained and broken down in understandable terms. Complete and thorough walk around of the bike and every feature was explained until I understood how everything works. If you want sloppy service and the run around then go somewhere else. If you want above and beyond professionalism with a like family atmosphere then Wilkins H-D is the place for you. PS. - they even helped me load up the new one for the trip back to Long Island. You can't beat Wilkins H-D

Wilkins Stands Above All

I purchased MY first bike this year and the entire staff at Wilkins was exceptional. From Matt helping to locate my bike, Dave finding the perfect financing for my budget, Tausha and Tony for the accessory advice (Boom audio sounds great) Tom answering every question I have about servicing without making me feel like its a silly question. Jenna getting me the perfect jacket and John for giving me his personal assurance that if I needed anything the Wilkins "family" would be there to assist as there goal is to keep me riding. With this experience I received in April we never thought twice about where we would purchasing our second bike in May. I tell everyone that If you are looking for service Wilkins stands above all.

Harley Hospitality

I made my bike purchase last summer and was impressed with the staff in all departments of Wilkins. A friendly and comfortable feeling, not just being treated like a customer, but like I had been coming there for years, even though it was my first time there, ever! The hospitality reminded me of what all American business places USED to be like, but not any longer, except for this place! The American tradition still continues here! I have since had services conducted here, as well as, ordering parts and having them installed here. I will not go to another H-D dealer for any purchases or service, there is not any need to, nobody can beat this place. Even when I move away from Vermont to Massachusetts, I will come back to Wilkins.

Stress Free

I know many people who owned bikes purchased at Wilkens. They all raved about how great the place is. Because of that I have followed them on Facebook for a while. When they held the bone marrow donor drive my wife and I decided to pay them a visit even though we were riding our victory cruiser.We showed up and toured the store and got screened and we were hanging out admiring some of the bikes on the lot. Next thing we knew we were talking with Barb about business and we wound up taking a ride on a 2011 electra glide classic. It is the single nicest bike I have ever been on and my wife loved the plush back seat.3 hours later we were riding it home following one of the easiest and stress free purchases ever. Barb, John and the entire staff at Wilkens made us feel welcome, never pressured us and we came away with a great bike and great new friends.We cant wait to go back!

Truely Amazing People

We just got an email asking how we liked our new Harley VRod and I figured I would let you know what we thought of our overall all experience and please tell your Employees how amazing they are and how thankful we are for all their help!! I am sorry I do not recall the sales employees names but please if you know who im talking about please let them know we are very thankful for all they did.We absolutely love our new VRod Harley!!! we take it out as much as we can and we absolutely love it! I knew coming to wilkins was the best place to buy a bike for my fianc and I am so glad we did. I know that we never would have gotten the service we had gotten if we went some place else.Jon Stone made sure that he answered all of our questions and helped us in any way he could I know its his job but he truly helped us any questions we had about other bikes and when we were debating on if we wanted to get the VRod or a touring bike he was able to help us see the differences and he didn't sway us to one bike or another he told it how it was and left it up to us which was great because I didn't feel pressured. He also listened to the fact that I hated the seat and since we couldn't get a new one he hooked me up with a guy in the parts department who helped us find an air cushion so that I can ride and be comfortable. Then John Lyon was just amazing. We had a leak and he came to the house and and tried to fix it himself since we were going to go on a ride with my parents that next morning and when that didn't work he picked up our bike took it to the shop and than made sure it was fixed and ran a bunch of test on it to make sure it was perfect. He than went above and beyond and had it delivered to us in Adams NY (5 hours one way).Wilkins Harley is an amazing place and I wouldn't ever buy a Harley any place else.....all your workers are simply amazing to work with and made the purchase easy and pain free and we felt like the only customers.

While working with Dave in Finance I honestly thought it was going to be difficult like buying a car and he made it so easy, he listened to us and what we wanted and needed and made sure that it happened. he was awesome and made sure that he explained everything to us and if we didn't understand he made sure we did.There was also a shorter brunette that had a little bit of an accent on the sales floor who helped us with everything from the helmet to the jacket and gloves for mike. She was smiling, happy, very informational explained everything to us about the jackets and what would work best for mike and she took a lot of time with us to make sure we were satisfied and that we had everything we needed.I have never gone into another Harley shop and had that kind of treatment. Than there was a lady near the clothing with long blonde hair who kept my kids entertained and let them try on jewelry and let them look at everything while we were talking to Jon Sargent. Not only do I feel that we had a great deal from the Wilkins Harley Dealer but their staff is truly top notch!! They know how to treat people whether they are buying a bike that day or just looking and unbelievably helpful and polite!! Working with Wilkins Harley was an all around amazing experience and after having the experience we had at Wilkins You guys will always have our business; and we will be making sure that our friends who are looking for a new Motorcycle know where we got it and what kind of service we received!!!Thank You So Much For All You and Your Team Did For Us!!! TRUELY AMAZING PEOPLE ;-)

Exceeded my Expectations

I'd been searching for my new Harley for quite a while. I'd heard nothing but great things about Wilkins, so I checked their inventory. They had the exact bike I was looking for. I emailed asking for information after hours and got a response that night. They were extremely helpful and encouraged me to come in and experience what Wilkins was all about. I set up an appointment and came in. Everything was as advertised and better. I never felt rushed or like I was wasting their time. They took extra time to find me the best payment and rate. Everyone stayed late that night to make sure all my questions were answered. When my wife and I came in to take delivery, we were treated to a party to welcome us to the family. My wife has even started looking at bikes. The final step, the actual delivery of the bike to my house. John (yes the owner) came up in a snow storm and brought it right in the garage. Everything was amazing. Wilkins has exceeded my every expectation and is by far the best dealer I've ever dealt with. Highly recommended!

What a great place, everyone was fantastic, from the sales staff, finance, parts, merchendise, service,just good people to deal with. When i entered the showroom was greeted promptly, and was introduced to John the owner, who stopped a meeting to come out and and say hi to me.....you don't see that much any more. NICE.....All of my business will done here.

Wilkins is Second to None

Courteous, Professional, Knowledgeable & Caring... (with some playfulness & subtile comedy)... to me that exemplifies what Wilkins is all about. I have had the pleasure to work with almost the entire staff as I have come to know the "family" through my acquisition of my new Harley.. What an enjoyable and fun experience. I cannot thank the Wilkins TEAM enough for making it about "ME". I live on Long Island. I have options (that aren't 300+ miles away), but those dealerships, while there are good service teams in the NY area, cannot compete in the front of the house operations - Wilkins is second to none.

When it comes to supporting local businesses I am all about it, however, it's one strike and your out! Worth the drive for me.

Paying attention to the details with an eye on intangibles makes all the difference. Thank you Wilkins for all you do..!
