During my last motorcycle trip, I had the misfortune of breaking down near the Wilkins Harley-Davidson dealership. Fortunately, this mishap turned into an extremely positive experience thanks to the exceptional team at Wilkins.
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a professional and attentive staff. They quickly took care of my bike and demonstrated remarkable efficiency. Despite the unexpected situation, they managed to diagnose and fix the problem in record time, allowing me to get back on the road without much delay.
Their technical expertise is undeniable, but what impressed me the most was their dedication to providing a quality customer experience. Every member of the team was courteous and caring, making this unexpected visit almost pleasant.
I highly recommend Wilkins Harley-Davidson to all motorcyclists, whether for a purchase, regular maintenance, or, as in my case, an urgent repair. Their professionalism and customer service are exemplary.

Do you remember a time where it was important to be a man of your word? Well I live by this phrase and I can tell you Wilkins Harley does too.. two months ago, I was blessed with the ability from 20+ years of blue-collar work to purchase my dream Harley. We all work for a long time to be able to afford the opportunity to buy a Harley… Wilkins Harley-Davidson Understands that It’s more than just “Buying A motorcycle”.. It’s a moment in time for most men or women that will resonate in their mind for years… I sent a message on a Sunday asking for information on a motorcycle, Just like I had done so many times before with so many other dealers… The difference was this time. I got a call back… Not within a day or two.. The same day within two hours.. I received a call from John. He listened to me, he understood how important finding the right Harley was to me. I had no idea he was the owner. He was humble and responsive just a very honest person. He wanted to find the bike that I wanted. He put me in contact with Mike.. Mike is hands-Down The definition of old-school honest sales. He Is honest transparent, and as solid as a man can get… From what I understand, they call Mike the Wolf. A trustworthy majestic creature.. That’s exactly what he is! The second My wife and I walked through the door. Mike was there to make sure we had the experience of a lifetime… Remember that moment that resonates in your mind??.. Well, I can tell you My Moment will never be forgotten!! In the past few months, I’ve added a few accessories, CHRIS is the man with the master plan when it comes to getting the parts needed for a fire breathing dragon of your dreams… man has hunted to the far end of the Earth to find me parts that align with my lifestyle and my riding style.. Wilkins is family owned, Jon treats you like family. You can clearly tell that his grandmother and grandfather taught him the most authentic way of business. He Spent 20 minutes talking to my wife about our dog, and somehow she wandered back with a Harley bandanna for our dog that Jon gave her because he knew my wife would love it. The entire team tells you about their family and what it means to them To be a community dealer and what it means to them to be selling Harley Davidsons … put it simply I’ll be using Wilkins Harley Davidson and recommending John Mike Chris and the team for the rest of my life.

More Surprised than I have Ever Been
Wow. Wilkins. Today, I was more surprised than I have ever been in my 46 years. My wife. Surprised me today, with a 2017 Road Glide from Wilkins….
This is a review for Wilkins, not my wife…so….
1. I get a full tour of their newer facility addition….wonderfully informational ( I have no idea I have a bike waiting for me there)
2. I walk back out to the show room, after the tour, the lights dim, I look around, every employee is sitting on a bike, good music turns on, a disco ball, and they say my name over a pa, I still am not aware of what’s happening,,,,
3. The pa instructs me to “open my present” and I turn, to see a 10” pop up tent, surrounded with wrapping paper….i tore into it to see my new bike
4. Wilkins setup a special table for me, I quit booze 20 years ago, have a sweet tooth, and they had n/a drinks, gummy bears and a Wilkins dog collar for our dog
Over the top, amazing, sentimental, and Wilkins proved to me, that customer service is still well and alive at their dealership….thanks guys/gals…made a very special day for me..
You’ve made this guys week/month and year, with many many more trips to Wilkins in my future..

This was the most professional and welcoming dealership I have ever experienced. I've been in 4 different harley dealerships and Wilkins was just on the next level!
I hate using the word perfect because it's pretty overused but the Wilkins experience is pretty perfect!

Commitment to Customer Service
The staff at Wilkins Harley-Davidson did everything well. Their commitment to customer service is always incredible. Whether I'm there to buy a gift or a sweatshirt or a new Harley, everyone is friendly and helpful and attentive. I was recently in the market for a different bike, and they showed me lots of options for used bikes, let me get a feel for each one, and explained the differences between the bikes I was considering. The guys listened to what I was looking for in my next bike and then went above and beyond to find me the perfect one, a 2024 Hydra Glide. They also gave me a fair trade-in price for my Road King. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. Wilkins Harley-Davidson is the absolute best!

They're Honest Up Front
Bike wouldn't start. I haven't ridden it much in the last year. Wilkins came and picked it up, took it to the shop, and went through it. They didn't try to sell me any extra or unnecessary items. Which is what I really like about Wilkins, they're honest up front and seem to have my best interest at heart. I trust them. They are a great dealership.

Dream Come True
Wilkins changed our 2023 Roadglide 3 into our dream . They listened they never said no the whole team helped in making this dream come true. They gave suggestions options and helped us. They are our 2nd family and we recommend them to everyone. We live in NH and travel 1.5 hrs just to go to them when there are many HD dealers in NH no one compares to Wilkins
