It seemed like everyone at the shop knew me- even though I'd never been there before. I appreciated the multiple employees that currently own the Pan Am I was looking at!

What stands out is their stellar customer service. Additionally, I needed my bike scheduled for Vermont inspection and to have the front fork fixed. Also had a glitchy engine and battery light that they were able to diagnose and clear the code.
All was completed ahead of time and I was back on the road for the weekend.

My wife and I stopped in while on a road trip. We were greeted by Mike with two bottles of cold water at the door. He gave us a quick history of the dealership and treated us like royalty even though he knew we were from Maine and weren’t going to walk out with much more than a couple of t-shirts. The next day we had to pop back in after spending the night in Burlington and getting a check engine light. They quickly fit us in the shop, checked everything over, kept us entertained, and sent us on our way. I’ve been to nearly every Harley dealership in New England and this was BAR FAR the ABSOLUTE BEST experience I have ever had.
It was a very easy process. I was expecting some long drawn out process but it was very quick.
Great experience. Service was done quickly within estimated window and the ease of arranging tat ride was a great bonus which will help me narrow down any future bike purchase. Very glad this is being offered.
The dealership went way beyond what would normally be expected. The only disappointment is that they are 4 hours away from my house. Hands down best dealership I’ve been to.
Wilkins has ALWAYS done well by me, my experience with them over the last 15 years and 3 motorcycles has been exemplary, they have always treated me with respect and have always made me feel welcome both in the dealership and in public. I will be retiring soon and no matter where I move when I purchase a new bike I will return to Wilkins and John Lyons to do it.
1st time here and what a great experience! Salesman Ed met me at the door gave me a tour of the dealership and told me the family story, gave me drinks and snacks what a cool guy if I lived closer we definitely be friends! I had a great time here and will definitely be riding here again, rode out 3 hrs and got what I expected from a Harley-Davidson dealership

Wilkins Harley Davidson was by far, hands down, the absolute best motorcycle dealership I have ever had the pleasure to work with. From the purchase inquiry to the kindness, ease of purchase, friendly crew, being timely proficient, the whole crew Eric, Shelby, Jon....these guys are the best. Absolute best experience I have had and this is my fifth Harley. I will never go elsewhere. I would give these guys a 50 star review if it were an option. A+++++++++ Love these guys.
