Chris and Garry both kept me updated throughout the new tire install. I was offered a beverage several times, I shopped in motor clothes, and was even offered a bike ride of my choice to get a bite to eat.
My trip here started with a simple inquiry about a used Trike they had on their website. From the time I hit send on my computer to inquire, within 2 minutes I received a call about my inquiry. We scheduled an appointment to meet the dealership to look at my interest. I had previously received a video regarding the history of the dealership and its family ownership. Watching that video and realizing their dealership has been in business 45 years told me they are doing something right.
The day my wife and I walked in the door the red carpet was rolled out and we were welcomed with open arms. Truly felt like a King and Queen. We were shown all aspects and departments that make up the business. We signed the dotted lines and purchased the Trike.
I went back 4 days later to pick up the Trike and, once again, it was like i knew every one of the employees for years. The lights went down, the music played, announcements were made welcoming me as a new Trike owner. They even had a display set up with a bottle of my wife's wine and a pack of my favorite IPA beer.
I can't say enough good things about the Wilkins family and dealership but, they truly do care about the customer. There are so many employees that I would like to mention but, they know who they are and they impressed the hell out of us!!

A family owned and operated dealership, who truly makes you feel like family too! They are community minded as well. From apparel to sales, service, parts, storage, even a riding academy, Wilkins will always make sure you are happy. Just a phenomenal business which is apparent in the culture and commitment of the employees. I am very glad I purchased my bike there, happy to have the upgrades done there and I rest easily knowing my motorcycle is stored in a secure, heated location throughout the winter months.
I cannot recall a better business-consumer experience than the several I’ve had at Wilkins.
Stopped in Saturday 9/14/2024. I arrived about 20 minutes after the dealership closed. Doors were still open. They let me come in and get some water and stretch my legs. Last stop on my way home on a 300 mile motorcycle ride. Very friendly and welcoming. Next time I'm looking for a bike, this is where I will be going.
Ide like to thank Canaan & Eric and the entire team for a pleasant & very quick purchase , I stopped in last week with my spouse to return a part and sparked up a conversation with Canaan when I got the arms crossed look that said you don't need another Harley. I quietly gave Canaan my number and told him to call me the following day. A few phone calls between us and yesterday I picked up this beautiful ride. I cant recommend the team at WHD enough , one of the smoothest purchases I've ever made , spouse almost didn't notice it , Almost ;)
Over this past weekend, I had the pleasure of doing Wilkin Haley Davidsons riders course! It was an amazing experience where I got to re learn and work on my skills on a motorcycle. I had a motorcycle when I was 19 for transportation purposes only. It had been something I always wanted to do and learn but I was afraid to. I road my first bike for just about a year before getting a new car. Ever sense I had stopped it felt like something had been missing in my life. I wanted to dive back in and this was the perfect way to do it.
I find that many people have a misunderstanding about motorcycle. It isn’t just about riding the bike and being safe. It is about having an amazing community and family along your journey. It is obviously really fun as well!
Our instructor Ed Pierce and John Lyon (owner of Wilkins) are two of the most inspiring people I’ve met. As soon as you walk into the class they make you feel so welcome. It was like my nerves went out the door. They were beyond patient with every single one of us and never stopped showing they cared about our improvement. There passion for motorcycles, the class and their students showed throughout the weekend.

Not only did we get to meet amazing instructors but we got to meet all of the Wilkins Harley Davison family. They were all so excited to meet us and shared our same passion. I have never walked into a business and thought, “wow they all really love there job”. Normally I have found there is always an outsider. Not with this team. They were all energetic, happy and were cracking jokes with us all. They are a really special group.

Thank you all for making this class so enjoyable. I went into this being very nervous about other classmates and the instructors. You just never know what you are going to walk into. After meeting you guys, it helped ease my mind a lot. From the first day, same as with the instructors, you were all so supportive and understanding. Everyone in this class has a passion and love for motorcycles. We all went in being beginners and we all came out being better then what we started. It was a pleasure having all of you in this class.
While going through their course, you have the ability to take the Vermont DMV motorcycle endorsement test. Which I think is a really cool perk. I passed! Whether I passed or not, I would not have regretted going through this amazing opportunity and meeting all the amazing people I did. No matter what you leave with a Vermont DMV motorcycle permit.

If anyone is wanting to learn how to ride a motorcycle or even has been riding and wants to becoming better. I highly recommend this course. You will not regret it.
-The were completely fair on my trade-ins, honest, patient with me, they are passionate about motorcycling and the bikes they sell, and their communication was clear and open.
-Every member of the Wilkins team I interacted with was enthusiastic, helpful, and listened to my needs and expectations.
-The whole process was a positive, and exciting experience for me--and that is how buying any vehicle should feel like!
-This was my 5th Harley Davidson from Wilkins and it certainly will not be my last.
When a business like Wilkins routinely goes so far above and beyond in providing amazing customer service, it is hard for me to provide any suggestions on improving the purchasing experience.

I highly recommend purchasing a motorcycle from Wilkins Harley-Davidson. John Lyon and the rest of the crew provided a great overall experience. They make you feel very welcome and do not pressure you into buying a specific bike or any bike for that matter. This was my first motorcycle purchase and I plan to continue to go to this dealership for all my service and sales needs.

Great shop with friendly staff. Lots of great bikes. Canaan was kind enough to snap some pictures of my wife and I out front. We were recommended Ladder 1 for lunch by the staff. Top tier food!
Was traveling and while waiting for little Debbie went st start the bike up and it was pretty dead. Called Wilkins HD and spoke with Garry. They had the battery I needed, towed the bike there and was done on probably 30 minutes. The other staff were very friendly, got ask if I needed any help at least 3 time. If I was traveling I might have gotten considered a couple bike They had also. Thank you.
